After reading Bill's reasoning about why they think this acquisition is a good thing, I'm still really confused. Here's a quote:

"So, if you combine their work and our work, the speed at which you can innovate and get things done is just dramatically more rapid."

Translation:

"Hmmmmm, I have a great idea. If I get nine women pregnant, I will have a baby in one month!"
